 NEW!    NEWS!    NEW!    NEWS   !NEW!
Thank-you to everyone who came to say hello at the market stall - a lot of people picked up the CAD arts leaflet I look forward to seeing you at various events.
I have nearly finished the database of events and this should be uploaded over the next day or so. Initially only the various Art groups diary events.
If you have an exhibition you want to place on the exhibition pages email the details and that will be put up post haste.

David's Day
I know I keep harping on about it but today was really great at the market met some great people - sold a few bits and bobs. But as I tell the other traders I'm only there to make up the numbers, and its people and stalls like mine that make Wimborne market what it is today - well that's my view and I'll stick to it. If I can persuade just one person to have a go at Watercolour painting then its been a successful day.

I got into trouble with the CADarts secretary for scanning and displaying the logo on the site without permission. I will desist from future use until given permission - I will still produce a events listing for Art Society's though! and will write to each asking to be placed on the various mailing lists, so that I can keep up to date.

Well I've got 4 commissioned paintings to complete this week a portrait titled "The Market Trader" (no its not of me), an aerial view of Corfe Castle (anyone got a helicopter I can borrow?), A large size Wimborne Minster, and someone else wants a view of the stables and clock tower of the old barrack road defence site should be knackered after that lot. I suspect someone will ring up with a web site design just to put the W in flippin ek.
Melanies designs are really starting to take shape - beautiful salt dough crafted work - I'll put a section in the online store as soon as I'm nagged enough! - ha
turrah for now
